HUMAN TRAFFICKING AWARENESS DAY: WALK FOR JUSTICE 

Project Exodus recognizes Human Trafficking Awareness Day with an amazing anti-trafficking outreach and prayer walk in MacArthur Park in Downtown Los Angeles! Project Exodus will be leading teams of volunteers in an effort to raise awareness about human trafficking and receive tips of possible trafficking locations right here in Los Angeles. The day will start with a brief orientation at 11am and then volunteers will hit the streets and interact with one of the most vulnerable communities in Los Angeles, handing out information about trafficking, praying over the community, and seeking tips about possible trafficking taking place. Inform people of ways to report trafficking. The event is open to people 18+.

CAPITULATION OF CAHUENGA REENACTMENT 

Reenact and celebrate of the 1847 signing of the Treaty of Cahuenga with refreshments, a $2 taco bar, tours of the archeological dig and fiesta dancers.  Costumed performers stage the event as a Howitzer cannon will be fired in homage.
